Here’s an outstanding video that I recently discovered. The title is “Kiss of Death when Selling a House.” However, the overall concept applies to any type of real estate sales transaction — including Commercial as well as Residential real estate. The video features Phil Pustejovsky, a well known real estate investor who is also a mentor and coach for some of the most successful real estate investors in North America. I definitely recommend that you watch this video. It will be time very well spent.
