This is the first thing a potential home buyer really sets his eyes on when approaching your home. Its appearance will set the tone and expectations of the buyer. The best thing to do when planning to sell your home is to look at it with a buyer’s eyes. Walk around and make a complete list of the little things that need repairing, painting or replacing as well as those items that might need updating. Don’t forget to go outside too. A good idea would be to have an experienced REALTOR walk through the house with you. They will be able to make recommendations that will help you get the best price for your house.
